Terms of Service — ThisMaxis Studio

1. The service
ThisMaxis Studio is a publishing tool operated by ThisMaxis ("we"). It uploads videos produced by ThisMaxis and creates posts on ThisMaxis's own accounts on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram, through the platforms' official interfaces.
2. Who may use it
The service is used by its operator only. No account is open to the public, there is no registration, and no third party may connect an account to it. If you are not the operator, these terms describe what the tool does; they do not grant you access to it.
3. Acceptable use
The service is operated in accordance with the terms and community guidelines of each platform it publishes to. It does not circumvent platform controls, rate limits or review processes, does not misrepresent the origin of content, and labels AI-assisted content where a platform requires it.
4. Content
All videos published through the service are the operator's own works, or works the operator holds the rights to. Responsibility for the content rests with the operator.
5. No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Platforms may change or withdraw their interfaces at any time; we do not guarantee that a scheduled post will be published.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ThisMaxis is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or unavailability of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is always the one published on this page, with its effective date.
